Available in single, dual, and triple output configurations: single outputs include 35V/5A, 18V/10A, 42V/10A, and 20V/20A; dual or triple outputs offer 35V/4A. Each output features independent digital voltage and current meters with 4-digit resolution for accurate monitoring. The power supplies are switchable between local and remote sensing for maintaining precise regulation at the load and capable of constant voltage or constant current operation with automatic crossover and mode indication. The EX354RT model includes a variable 1.5V - 5.0V auxiliary output at 5A.
With a space-efficient design, these power supplies occupy minimal bench space and provide silent fan-free cooling for most models (EX2020R and EX4210R use intelligent fan cooling). Models are available with RS-232 or USB control for enhanced connectivity. The series combines high-frequency switch-mode pre-regulation with linear post-regulation, delivering near all-linear performance with excellent line/load regulation, low noise, and good transient response. Each main output is equipped with voltage and current meters with a resolution of 10mV and 1mA (10mA for higher current models), ensuring precise readings without the ambiguity of auto-ranging meters.
Remote sensing capability is essential for accurate load regulation and true voltage metering, with remote sense terminals that can be enabled or disabled with a switch. Each output features a DC on-off switch, allowing for voltage and current settings to be viewed before connecting the load and for individual control of multiple outputs. The power supplies are equipped with safety binding-post terminals that accept 4mm safety plugs, fork connectors, and bare wires, offering maximum connection flexibility.

The highest power density models (EX2020R and EX4210R) employ a low-noise brushless DC fan with intelligent control, while other models use silent convection cooling. The EX354RD features two independent, isolated outputs, each capable of 0-35V and 0-4A, which can be combined in series or parallel for higher voltage or current requirements. The EX354RT model provides a third fully variable output (1.5V to 5.0V) with a fixed 5A current limit, monitored by digital meters at the press of a button.
